Our event space is perfect for a small wedding reception, dinner party, retirement party and much more……..Event Space indoor capacity is 80 guests. We have an outdoor space that will allow you to host 50 additional people if you choose to use the courtyard. We have our own chefs on staff. If you choose to use our chef you will receive 10% of the rental fee. Our chef can work with any budget, we have prices that start from $10 per person and can go up to $25 per person. Rental Prices
- $500 Half Day Event (4 hour time frame)
- $900 Full Day Event (8 hour time frame)
- $1,200 Wedding Reception (9 hour time frame)
- Filming/ Photo Shoot (*Mon –Thursday only): $130 (2 hour minimum to rent)
- Non – Profit Event: $110 Per Hour (2 hour minimum to rent)
- Additional hours are available for $100 per hour.
- 50% reservation deposit is required to reserve your date on our calendar.
- Deposit is non refundable
- An invoice including the remainder of your rental fee and any other additional services will be paid 30 days prior to your event.
- Clean up of all major trash is your responsibility or caterers.

Our courtyard can be set up to your specifications.
Damage deposit
- A $500 damage deposit is required 15 days prior to the event. If a check is written, it will be refunded/ voided 2 days following the event barring any incurred damage to the event space. Any damage to the premises result in loss of partial or all of the damage deposit.
Extra services & rentals
- Valet can be arranged for $40 per hour
- Servers for $20 per hour
- Bar tenders for $20 per hour (Required if serving alcohol)
- Security Office for $30 per hour (Required)
Catering
A kitchen fee of $100 will be assessed for caterers to use the kitchen. All caterers are subject to Artis Event Space approval and will be required to provide copies of health department certificate or business licenses and insurance. You can also choose to bring your own food in.
Alcohol
We will provide you with a list of our liquor pricing. A bar tender is required if you choose to serve alcohol. Artis Event Space can provide the alcohol as well as the bar tending staff. You may also bring in your own alcohol.
Parking
Street parking is available. Valet is available for an additional cost.
Security
We require security for the entire length of your event. We contract Kansas City Missouri off-duty plain-clothes police officers for your event. They are scheduled 1/2 hour before the event until a ½ hour after the event end time. They are $30 a/hour.
